Terms
A 50% deposit is required to start any project. Turn around runs 10-15 working days from the time all information is collected and deposit is received via PayPal or check. Rush turnaround is available for an additional fee. Balance is due within one week of invoice date or immediately (to-date) if a project has been inactive two weeks from last sent revision. If the invoice is not paid after a one week grace period, a late fee of 25% of the total balance will be applied to the total every week until the balance is paid in full. No files will be released until full payment is received.
Ladybug Design Studios assumes all copyright for original work. Once files are approved and full payment is received, they will be released to you in industry standard (web and print) formats for your future use. Native files are available for purchase at an additional fee, which must be agreed upon by both parties prior to project start date. Please ask for a quote.
